Delete your Phone Audit account
Request deletion of your Phone Audit account, with or without the app.
Phone Audit is published by Samos Technologies (Private) Limited. You can request deletion here even if the app is no longer installed.
Delete in the app
Open the account icon at the top right, choose Delete account, enter your current password and confirm. All tools are free, so there is nothing to cancel.
Request by email
Email ask@samos.dev to request deletion. Send it from your account email if you can. We may confirm the account is yours before deleting it.
The link opens a draft in your email app; nothing is sent until you send it. Never include your password, a reset link or a verification code.
What is deleted
Your Phone Audit account, its Firebase sign-in record and the record of when you agreed to the terms. We keep no cloud copy of your results, app list, vault, history or AI questions, so there is nothing else in your account to delete.
Data on your phone stays until you remove it in the app or clear the app's data. Files you exported are not removed. AI reports use a separate identity; include their receipts in your request to have them deleted too. Firebase may keep limited security logs or backups for a short time. See the privacy policy.
